Really good
If you want a clean (ingredient-wise) balm that removes make-up whilst leaving your skin nourished, this is it. It smells very pleasant (not overpowering at all - just nice), it feels great on the face, it does a great job at melting off your make-up and finally, it comes with a little organic cotton cloth. The only downside is the price, but with careful use, it could last a long enough time to make it worth it.

My new favourite
Spendy but amazing - love this! My skin is left feeling squeaky clean (not tight), clear and smooth. It spreads very easily so the tub will last quite a while. One of my favourites so far (and I've tried nearly every one).

hard-working & long-lasting
I am a sucker for melting balm cleansers and I've tried my fair share. This is generously sized, melts instantly and does a great job of swiftly removing all my make up, plus it lasted for ages! It's extremely similar in texture and scent to the Drunk Elephant melting balm. Unfortunately, this did sting my eyes and I felt like an oily film was leftover them and my skin. For the price, I'd stick to Drunk Elephant instead but it does a great job.

Great cleanser for dry skin
I love balm cleansers and have tried many of them including Emma Hardie, Eve Lom, and Pixi. However, Goop takes the cake - it is green, takes off the makeup completely, only a small amount is needed and the tub lasts a long long time! Super effective in removing the makeup and totally non drying! Would repurchase

Best cleanser
Love this product. The scent is fresh and not overpowering like some others. It works wonders on my dry skin leaving it clean with no post-cleanse tightness. Tried other cheaper cleansers but none left my skin as good as this. A little goes a long way which helps soften the blow of the price.

The best cleanser EVER!
I am a big fan of melting cleansers, I have probably tried more than 30 different ones, and I can say this is without doubt the best one ever! It melts into a lovely oily balm which removes your make up straight away and leaves your skin incredibly clean, soft and smooth. It smells divine and feels so amazing that I can't wait to go home every evening just to cleanse my face. It is that good!
