Good product
This is my second purchase. I find the balm reduces the tension of my muscles. Although it doesn't really cure knotted muscles, it does help to reduce the pain and soothes it.

ESPA FITNESS MUSCLE RESCUE BALM
I get a lot of tension in my neck/ shoulders and a little bit of this massaged into my skin helps to relieve it instantly. I love that it sinks into the skin beautifully and doesn't leave a greasy residue whatsoever.

Not strong however it relaxes and calms your mind. Does not really work to ease muscle pain. Will not repurchase

Amazing
I feel like this is one of those products everybody should own. I get a lot of tension in my neck/ shoulders and a little bit of this massaged into my skin helps to relieve it instantly. I also like to massage a small amount of this behind my ears whenever I'm feeling stressed and the scent really helps to relax me. I love that it sinks into the skin beautifully and doesn't leave a greasy residue whatsoever. I would definitely recommend it!

Really have enjoyed applying this, you can feel it work pretty much instantly and relives that tension. The cooling feels great and a little goes such a long way. The boyfriend has also taken to this!

MUST HAVE
Feels like i've constantly got a pain or ache somewhere, used this for my 'time of the month' pain as well as some bloating I was experiencing (trapped wind or something..), it was pretty tough to get it out the tube as its a really nice thick balm that as soon as you rub turns into a pleasant oil as such. Smells amazing, sensation of it heating up however also has a cooling feeling. Definitely soothed my belly issues however I did felt as though I had to reply after about an hour or so, or typically my bellyaches are unbearable at the moment.

Sore Muscle Saviour
As an avid gym goer and aspiring runner I am constantly struggling with delayed onset muscle soreness and fatigue, this has been a complete saviour for me. It smells absolutely divine, feels gorgeously cooling and comforting as you massage it in, and is the perfect post-bath, pre-bed calming treatment. Perfect for any aches and pains or even just general stress as it's so sensorial. So many muscle balms can be sticky, this feels beautiful and silky on the skin and doesn't leave any residue either. A gorgeous hybrid of a treatment and relaxing product that brings the spa to your own home!

Love and relaxation at first use.
The day I received this I was experiencing the worst period pains in the whole world. I've tried everything in the world for them, from special "period pain" medication to calming rubs, patches, heat packs and nothing gave me relief so quickly! First, the scent is captivating, completely calming yet refreshing, when I put it on it was both parts cooling but not too cooling as obviously heat is the best thing for muscle pains. It's almost as if my body knew the way it wanted to react! The formulation of the balm is perfectly thick and balm-like but doesn't leave a greasy residue it's so nice to rub the excess into your hands and breathe it in for a calm effect. Basically, all I'm saying is, do yourself a favour and purchase!
