Supercharged with a 10% AHA blend of glycolic, tartaric, lactic and citric acids (the latter three giving the product its name!), the Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Glycolic Body Lotion (240ml) effectively exfoliates dull, dry skin to reveal luminous results.
Replenishing as it resurfaces, this clever formula is loaded with a mix of antioxidant-rich, non-fragrant plant oils and butters (including green tea seed, passionfruit, apricot, marula and shea) to soothe and deeply moisturise dry, irritated skin... and there's more. A helping of squalane, vitamin F, sodium hyaluronate and niacinamide delivers hydration and encourages increased resilience to defend against environmental stressors. Great for smoothing rough, bumpy areas on the body, from your décolleté to your derrière, this lotion is the key to enviably soft limbs.
Apply to clean, dry skin once a day, or if you're new to AHA exfoliation, apply every other day for the first week of application. Slight tingling may be experienced, but discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Use a sunscreen daily while using this product and for a week after ceasing use. Do not use on broken skin.

Lovely!
I have some breaks outs on my shoulders and back. So got this to clear them up. I wasn't disappointed! I also use it on the rest of my body as it makes my skin so soft and much less dull looking. The smell isn't bad to me, it might not be for everyone but you can't smell it for long.

Very hydrating!
This body lotion is rich and thick leaving your body feeling incredibly hydrated. The Shea blend leaves a lovely after smell which lasts all day long without it being over powering. I have noticed an overall difference in terms of texture to my skin - it feels extremely soft and looks a lot more toned and even. My skin feels moisturised all day long.

Sticky stuff
This works if you can get over how sticky it feels just after applying. Definitely makes the skin soft and smooth once it’s absorbed. Just these 5-10 minutes after applying are a sticky, sweaty, unpleasant affair for me.

Poor packaging
Lovely cream but the bottle is so hard to get the product out of. It’s a shame it doesn’t come in a tub.

Cuts to the chase - effective, unsmelly, easily absorbed
This is a repeat purchase and, I think, one of those under-rated gems in the Drunk Elephant line up. The lotion really does crunch through the scaly cells on legs and arms (expect a bit of a tingle), addressing KP and bumps effectively. Importantly for me, the lotion is very light and easily absorbed, so no stickiness/gloopiness within a minute or so post application. It doesn't smell of anything really to my nose. Unfussy, effective, lasts ages.
