Formulated to balance, purify and replenish hydration levels, this hard-working Clarifying Face Cream is a youth-preserving miracle. Not only does this hero absorb and balance the complexion by levelling out sebum levels, it also intensely hydrates, smoothing and plumping up fine lines and wrinkles and finally, it adds a beautiful luminous glow that also rejuvenates skin. Infused with balloon vine, viper’s bugloss, sunflower oil extract and zinc, with continued use this will balance the complexion, reduce the number of breakouts and treat existing blemishes too.
Use in the morning and/or evening. Apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes after cleansing.

Cleared and nourished my face
I love this face cream so much! My skin had gotten super dry over Christmas and was breaking out all over. I decided to get this face cream to help with the spots but it's simultaneously nourished my skin (sinks in super quickly and isn't greasy at all). Cleared up my spots in 2-3 days and I haven't had a breakout since (two weeks later). Also seems to have reduced fine lines around the eyes.

Best Face Cream for Oily Skin
I have tried various moisturisers over the years, both lightweight and thicker, budget and expensive, to try to help hydrate my oily, clogged and acne prone skin. While I can't say that this one has necessarily diminished my breakouts, it doesn't cause any new ones and manages to hydrate without clogging. It feels really calming and sensitive. It absorbs nicely without a 'tight' feeling or a feeling of having a lot of product sitting on the skin and over time the amount of sebum I produce have lessened so I'm actually dramatically less shiny. I'll be on this for the foreseeable future as I've never found a better moisturiser for my skin!

Did nothing
I still regret getting the whole clarifying set from Dr Barbara Sturm. It truly did nothing for my acne-prone skin AND the hydration wasn't the best so I wouldn't use this during night time. Less expensive moisturizers do a much better job than this one.

Not changing anything
This cream doesn't change anything. Considering that it's made for clarifying the skin, any £30 cream I used before did a better job. The scent and consistency are nice though, but all not worth the price.

Works for me!
My skin was great during my 20s and has become spot-prone especially around my chin and jawline since having children in my 30s. This is the first product that seems to consistently take me back to my clear 20s skin. I went away last week and didn’t take this product with me - my spots came back. I’ve been home using this product again for 2 days - sure enough no new spots and calmer skin. Bingo!

Best face cream I’ve ever used
I was really sceptical about purchasing this face cream. I have seen some hit and miss reviews. However, I needn’t have worried. This does exactly what it says and more! I have combination skin and have never managed to shift breakouts on my chin. Within a week my skin was looking so much clearer. I can literally see the different overnight when applying. Furthermore, the sebum my skin produces has reduced drastically. As recommended by Dr. Barbara Sturm I also apply a little to my eyes and I’m already seeing a difference in how bright they are. It is expensive, but if you’re like me and just want clear and healthy skin then you should really give this a try.

Nice but useless
Almost decent moisturiser, but it does absolutely nothing for acneic and acne-prone skin. Not ever repurchasing or purchasing anything else from Dr Barbara Sturm.
