Seems promising
I bought this as a present for a friend struggling with anxiety and related sleeping problems; initial feedback was positive as the light helps towards breathing exercises and slowing down the mind for a restful sleep.Â

I’ve been struggling to get off to sleep with menopause symptoms for quite some time. This took a while to get used too but I’ve found that concentrating on breathing while looking at light from adjacent side of room where light is pointing seems to work well. What can I say I’ve actually seen an improvement with falling asleep but early days so will continue to use. It definitely helps with calming down as it aims at controlling breathing which you sync with blue light .

Really works!
Bought for my mum and it sadly didn’t work for her but she is a true insomniac. I sometimes have trouble sleeping so I tried it and it worked pretty instantly. Maybe not so great for those with true long term insomnia but for people that have mild sleeping problems it’s well worth trying.

So good for sleeping and relaxing breathing...
I have never felt so relaxed at bedtime, it is amazing and a really good size, doesn’t take up too much space, and really helps me to drift off. Find it’s helping me not just with insomnia but general stress/anxiety-related issues too. The light is really non-disruptive as well so perfect if you’re sharing a room. Also, my first one that arrived was faulty - cult beauty was on it straight away sending out a replacement which arrived in just TWO days! Cannot fault the amazing customer service. Thank you.

I think this is a good idea, but I find myself being distracted by watching the pulsing light and forget to do the breathing exercise! Perhaps I will perfect the art as I go on.

It works for me!
I suffer from insomnia and bought this as yet another attempt to find something that worked. I admit to feeling sceptical that it would do anything. but I find that after just a few minutes of watching the blue light and syncing my breathing my eyelids are closing and I somehow naturally drift off quite easily. I’m really pleased, too, at how small the DoDow is, especially as my bedside table is already quite crowded, and that it is powered by batteries - so not yet another charging cable to plug in. In conclusion, people may feel this is pricey, but in the middle of the night when you can’t sleep I for one would pay anything to get to sleep; and so I feel this is good value! I definitely recommend it.

Surprisingly works
I don't completely suffer from sleepless nights however do find some nights harder to sleep than others, or I have the tendency to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to fall asleep again. it was weird to concentrate on the light at first, so it does take some getting used to. I would also advise the room is dark as possible. I did in fact found this product to work as well as looks sleek and discreet on the bedside table. I also lent this product to my mother who suffers from insomnia, in which she also gave the same feedback that it does work, however, does take some getting used to. For the price and the effectiveness of this product, I would definitely recommend.
