Add a small amount to the palm of you hand and enough of your chosen body wash/cleanser (with water if needed) to create the desired texture. Using circular motions gently buff into skin. Leave for a few moments to dissolve dead skin and wash off.
Use once a week. Use SPF in the AM.

It does what it says
Skin: combination with hormonal acne I use Buff with a cleanser and I really like it! It does what it says. I like it doesn’t aggravate my inflamed acne. However, mine arrived with the powder-like rock! I had to crush it to be able to use it! And is why I’m giving only 3 stars.

Blessing for blemish-prone skin
I bought this on a quest to upgrade my current skincare routine - I hadn't read reviews but the product description sounded promising. I have been blown away by the efficacy of Disciple's Buff! It literally does exactly what it guarantees, buffs away dead skin and reveals new glowing skin. I'm not usually loyal to brands or products and prefer to mix it up as often as needed, but I can safely say that I will 100% repurchase this (probably for the rest of my life).
