With three in each pack, these thin, stick-on patches target any discomfort from menstruation and more via gentle heat. Comfortable to wear and easy to attach to your underwear or clothes, within just minutes of you applying a patch they begin to heat up, activated by oxygen in the air. The best part? Remove patch from its individual package. Peel off protective film that covers the adhesive. Attach patch to clothing (full cloth underwear, pants, leggings, etc.) and avoid direct contact with skin. Leave on for up to 8 hours. Do not use on lace, mesh or transparent materials, underwear, etc.).
Heat is immediately activated when each individual package is opened. The patch is activated by oxygen in the air even if the protective film has not been removed.

Heat patches
These help during the time of the month pain, they are soothing and easy to use. The heat does last a good long time
