Working to define and lift, Charlotte Tilbury's Brow Lift Refill (0.2g) is here to sharpen and shape your brows (we say it's the ideal companion for thinning or sparse arches).
This creamy pencil adds definition and structure to your brows with its super-fine, slanted point allowing you to mimic individual hairs, or to create a softer, filled-in look. It's enriched with emollients like carnauba wax for smooth application and vitamin E to condition, while pure pigments create natural-looking colour with depth. Oh, and did we mention the formula is waterproof, smudge-proof, humidity-proof and sweat resistant? Prepare to have perfect arches for up to 16 hours...
To replace your brow pencil with your refill, simply pull to remove the empty pencil top and twist and click in to insert.

Superb and natural
After many years of trying all top brands for the eyebrows ( and some great ones) this little find is superb and my favourite. A good match for my eye brow colour/ sparse and some grey tones now/ this does a great job and making them look thicker, natural and a good colour and cover. I’ve bought a few re fills now to top up. You worry your great find will be discontinued.Â

Amazing results!!
I wanted to try the bear as soon as I found out about it and I'm so glad I did! I've tried other microcurrent devices, but nothing comes close to the bear. I love how safe and effective it is, I love the gradual shift in intensities and I found that it was easy to be consistent with the routine to keep up the results.

different shade
I ordered a medium brown refill for the Brow lift brow pencil I have in this shade. However, the refill that arrive, though labelled "medium brown", is of a much lighter shade than the one I have (and much too light for me!).Â
