We can’t stress enough how important – nay, mandatory – regular exfoliation is for radiant, blemish-free skin. New Day Gentle Exfoliating Grains contains natural cranberry seeds and rice bran powder to help slough away dead skin cells and absorb any excess (spot-causing) sebum. It also has a soothing concoction of white willow bark, carrot, Green tea and marshmallow to minimise irritation.
FARMACY’s unique 'farm-to-face' philosophy means that their specially cultivated and farmed ingredients are pretty much among the freshest and most effective you can get. The nutrients are then harnessed in their laboratory for extra potency. Their New Day Gentle Exfoliating Grains is powered by their patented Echinacea GreenEnvy complex – a potent antioxidant that firms the skin by preventing collagen breakdown. Used two to three times a week, it gives skin a thorough polish with natural cranberry seeds, while rice bran powder mops up excess oil.
Pour a coin-size (about a 10p piece) amount of grains into palm and blend with a few drops of water.
Mix until a smooth, foaming paste forms.
Massage onto skin with gentle circular sweeping motions.
Rinse with tepid water and pat dry.

LOVE IT!
This is a beautiful exfoliator! I keep mine in the shower, its so refreshing and gives a gentle but effective 'scrub'. Mine have lasted me so long! Definitely going to repurchase!

I finished the mini size and I loved it! It is gentle enough not to strip the skin for a quick exfoliation. I mixed it with honey to use it as a mask to purify my skin (I also have some pimples), and left it on for 15-20 mins and after my skin felt really clean and healthy! Totally Recommend!

A really gentle exfoliation
I've been using this for a couple of weeks now (on very dry and sensitive skin) and it's fun to use. I did expect more exfoliation power from this but it does say gently. It's really cool how the powder transforms into a foam when it comes in contact with water. I wet my face with my hands and shake some powder in to my still wet hands and mix it up. Together with the moisture on my face it turns in a soft foam. My skin looks more radiant after using this. And I notice the calming effect. But! The opening is a little to big which causes too much powder to come out.

It wasn't harsh on my skin at all yet it was able to clean and calm it. Got it as part of a kit. Would definitely repurchase the full size! Smells like oats btw.
