Amazing!
I absolutely love this! My skin is combination and it's hard to find something that works. I also have hormonal acne and everytime it appears I use this and it just heals overnight so much faster!( I've noticed it helps with the inflamation so the next day it isn't as red and the 'pimples' shrink a lot). It's one of my favourite products ever! The only downside is the bottle. The pump doesn't work properly but I found that shaking it sideways and then pressing the pump helps. I got to the end of it and didn't need to open the bottle.

Great serum, shame about packaging
The serum was amazing, visible difference that was commented on by others but after a few days, the pump stopped and then towards the end it was impossible to get the last bits out. Will buy it again when the packaging changes.

My second bottle
Love this serum, after 2 weeks of use can see the difference in the skin tone, skin became brighter and more even. The minor mimic wrinkles even out, it is not that I have a lot, but still could see the difference). Love the smell of the product, the design, and the that a bottle is made from dark glass. And love the other products from this brand.

Bad presentation - waste of money
I have been using this serum for a month and the product is good but I am afraid I will not purchase it anymore. I can see that there is some product at the bottom of the container and the pump is not able to take it out. I have to open it in order to apply the serum on my face and I can see I won’t be able to finish it which means I will have to purchase another serum while I still having this one. Money wasted.

Fix it!
I am going to go on a rant about this product. The serum itself is amazing, I am convinced that since I started using it, my old acne marks have improved lots. The texture is light and hydrates the skin, BUT the packaging is awful! The pump broke halfway through the bottle and now, I have to literally open the bottle and bang on the end of it to get the product out. Biossance, please fix the issue. Looks like a lot of people have complained about the packaging which is a shame since people are paying an arm and a leg for this serum. I am sure you can afford a better pump for this, don’t try to reduce your cost of goods by using a pump that cannot even last 3 months. Sincerely yours, An angry customer with good skin

Not impressed
The texture & smell is quite nice, but it doesn’t do much for my skin. For the price point, you expect it to work wonders. I would say this is more of a moisturizer than a serum. And the pump stop working after some times - not impressed at all!

packaging
I was going to leave a positve review but boom after one month of use (at first once a week now 2-3 times depending on how my skin feels) the pump doesn't work and I have to open the bottle... Definitely not the kind of experience one awaits from a £61.00 product. Be warned!

Transformed my skin
Wow, I’m quite surprised that some people are disappointed with this, so I suppose it doesn’t work as amazingly well for some people as it does for me. On my skin the effect closely mimics that one of retinol – maybe not the full-strength one, but still. My skin is a)smoother with less texture b)brighter c)plumper d)more hydrated e)possibly less congested. Overall my skin looks as if I’m using a good retinol. I did have more pronounced results when I was using a strong retinol for a month but outside of that I don’t think I’ve seen such results with any other skincare product, and that includes vitamin C serums. I only use it at night. The bottle is made from glass (phew!), the pump is problematic, but that’s only because the consistency of the serum is thick, more like a light cream or thick lotion, so it tends to clog the pump. A piece of advice: shake the bottle very vigorously when the pump gets clogged – it’s seems to help. I don’t like to comment on scents in products because I think it’s extremely subjective. With this serum I don’t think I even notice the scent but again that’s my personal experience. Overall if you are already using a strong retinol formulation then I don’t think you’ll see any improvements by switching to this. But if not I’d give this a go keeping in mind that some adverse reactions that some reviewers described here are possible.
