    • Why it's Cult
The bed of nails has been used by Indian mystics for centuries in the practice of healing and meditation and now it's been re-invented with a Skandi twist to give you a whole range of benefits, from curing insomnia and banishing arthritic aches, to helping alleviate headaches, combat fatigue and restore your skin's luminosity (the spikes help the body rid itself of toxins and increase blood flow, which gives you a healthy, lit-from-within glow).

    • How to use

Lay the Bed of Nails pillow on the floor or a mattress and slowly lower yourself onto it. Lay a sheet over the pillow until your skin gets used to the spikes. Initially lie on the Bed of Nails pillow for 10 - 15 mins, then build up to 20 - 30mins. Use as often as you need - preferably daily.

Don't be alarmed if your skin feels warm and tingly, and it's perfectly safe to fall asleep for a while. If you are uncertain, always consult your doctor. Keep away from children 5 years of age and younger

Leaning against it (rather than laying on top of the mat and pillow) is a lighter way to use Bed of Nails while you acclimatise (you put less weight on the spikes when you do). Place the mat/pillow at the back of your sofa, bed or armchair to experience the benefits while building up your tolerance.

    • Full ingredients list

The nails are made of 100% recycled non-toxic ABS plastic, the textile is cotton. The Bed of Nails should not be used in case of skin disease, haemophilia or the intake of anticoagulants.

Bed of Nails Acupressure Pillow Reviews

    I adore this
I love this! It doesn't hurt at all (actually it's warming and tingly), and I had to buy a second one as a gift for someone who kept 'borrowing' mine. I'm prone to migraines and this is a useful tool in my migraine care kit.
    Strangely brilliant
I have the acupressure mat and pillow and I use them probably every other night, though I should ideally use them every night before bed. Lying on these spikey things may seem scary but it wouldn't hurt, in fact, it helps you feel more relaxed. I noticed that I sleep way better through the night whenever I used the mat and pillow. Great investment in your well-being.
    Incredible
I wasn't expecting much from this. I'm quite a restless sleeper, especially after a stressful day. I use this as a pillow in bed for about half an hour before I go to sleep and I sleep through the entire night. I don't think I could love this more. It is uncomfortable when you first lie on it but after a few minutes it just makes your body warm and relaxed. Going to try the acupressure mat next.
    Amazing
I was sceptical about this even though friends had recommended it and it had good reviews. I have very bad trouble sleeping and relaxing in general, but it WORKS. I felt so relaxed, and you feel it in only a few minutes. I take it to work for my lunch break when I’m feeling stressed as it’s a good size. And amazing before bed - just make sure not to fall asleep on it!
    Must have!
Unstress your neck and shulders and promote restful sleep!! Love it!
