Use two to three times a week.
STEP 1
On clean, damp skin, massage Glass in circular motions, then rinse off.
STEP 2
Apply a small amount of Gloss to dry skin. A little goes a long way. These products may be used in the same routine and/or separately as desired.

Though I don't use it often it gives an instant glow and smoothness. Topped with the gel cream your complexion looks refreshed and glossy.

Great product, bad packaging
So, this is really two quite separate products. A physical scrub that’s really super scrubby but also quite gentle! I really like it for deep cleaning every once in a while. Then there’s a hydrating gel and sadly I don’t feel that it does very much. It does feel nice to use, but the main problem for me is the packaging. Super heavy and very prone to leakage from the gel end. All in all, I don’t reach much for this and therefore would not repurchase.
