Meh
I bought one of these in Mandarin as a gift for a friend, it's since come up that when she received it, the product was pulling away from the sides, and has completely dried up. She used some eyedrops to make it useable, which is disappointing for a premium eyeliner.

Too dry and difficult to work with for me
The formulation is too dry and not pigmented enough. I had to keep dipping my brush back in to build up the pigment. But it was difficult to layer as the formulation was too dry. It's too difficult to work with. I could tell the formulation was too dry because my eyeliner brush bristles were hard and clumped together like a rock after doing the first eye.
