    Alpha-H Vitamin B Reviews

    Holy grail serum
I am working on repairing my skin barrier while having sensitive, dehydrated skin prone to breakouts while turning 36 and getting first fine lines. So this serum sounded perfect for what I was looking for and so far I really like it. It‘s soothing and hydrating, I even like the smell (a bit of herb-ish? scent) and after not getting along with The Ordinary Niacinamide, I found something that works.
    Good product
Love this, especially for winter. It does exactly what it claims to do and has made my skin more hydrated and plump. I give it 4 stars because it has synthetic dye in the composition.
    Radical difference overnight
So I’ve tried just about every serum out there, some are great but take time to show results. This is the first I’ve ever seen have such a drastic impact in the span of one night. My sensitive skin is softer all day, less red... I’m sold!
    Really great product
Effectively diminishes skin sensitivity, even "frost allergy", helps me to use retinol products. I mix it with day-cream and apply in the morning. Yes, it has strange smell of smoke or rather smoked fish (?), but once applied it fades away. So I have no problems.
    On my 2nd bottle
This stuff is unreal. I found it after watching a Caroline Hirons video about it and it is a million times better than the Ordinary version (which I used for six months and did literally nothing for my skin). I have oily, rosacea-prone skin with massive pores and the different that this has made to my skin is incredible. It has diminished my pores and stopped my oily skin in its tracks which in itself is a miracle. I have tried EVERYTHING on the market to do that and this little bottle did it on its own. Amazing stuff, I use it every day. I use six drops and mix it with two drops of Oskia Citylife Concentrate and it turns this into the most sublime serum you will ever use in your life. No stickiness at all (although I used it for months before I started adding Citylife Concentrate to it and I found that the stickiness subsided after a few minutes). If you have oily skin or big pores, try it. It's unreal!
    Nice Product but Sticky!
I know the instructions say to use this in the morning, but I find it way too sticky. I have not tried putting makeup on top but I can imagine it balling up if I tried. I will be using this only in the evenings when I am taking a break from Retinols.
    One of the best
One of the best serums I've tried. Hydrating and repairing, but it's just a little sticky which is why I haven't awarded a 5. Niacinamide for the win!
    Great product
I bought this after it was recommended by both Caroline Hirons and Alessandra Steinherr. I had been using The Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc serum which was too thick for me (otherwise a great product). The smell is not great but other than that I love it - it has really helped clear up my hormonal acne, as well as smooth my skin texture and tone. I have super sensitive skin which means I am very limited in what products I can use but this has not caused any reaction and my skin feels more robust since I started using it. I will continue to purchase this for night time use.
    Holy grail
I will never use another day serum. This is incredible, it does exactly what it claims to do and has made my skin smoother, more hydrated and my skin tone is nearly perfect. And I am PICKY. It stinks though. That shouldn't be a deterrent but some people will not be able to tolerate the smell so be warned. It's 100% worth it though.
    On my 4th bottle
I've been using this for just under 2 years now. It has evened out my skin tone but more importantly, it has reduced my breakouts and my pore size. I have oily, combo skin with large pores. I started using this after a lot of research. According to the data out there, it has the ability to minimise breakouts as much as using Clindomycin, an antibiotic used for acne. (see Dr. Dray on YouTube) On the practical side, I apply it after my toner has dried and allow it to dry for a few minutes before moisturising. Yes, it is tacky for a while but it never balls up under makeup. It often makes your skin tingle for a bit but this seems to be very temporary and subsides quickly. I have seen better levels of hydration in my skin and in the summer I only used this and sunscreen. And for all those retinol users out there (I use Retin-A twice a week) and according to dermatologists, using niacinamide under retinol achieves better results. Again, do your own research but this has become my 'can't live without' product.
