No difference and it pills
High hopes for this one - I got a travel size and hoped it would lessen my pigmentation (I'm dark skinned South Asian, for reference) but I've come to the end and see no noticeable difference. I used this after cleansing and before an oil at bedtime and adding the oil would make the serum pill. Perhaps the oil is at fault, or maybe the serum? Either way, I won't be repurchasing as there's lots of other pigmentation serums on the market.Â

Nice combination of ingredients
Bought the travel size to try,this is a bonus so you don’t have to waste your money on a full size that may not end up being suitable. Wish more brands offered trial sizes. I like this as it has a high percentage of acids and also that is a combination of mild acids including mandelic which you don’t see as often in products.

My skins favourite ally
This was a godsend for my skin when it was feeling lacklustre and starting to show signs of pigmentation. It takes time to really help fade any kind of pigmentation so honestly, I'd say you want to get through at least two bottles of this alongside a good SPF regime to make an impact on more stubborn or long-standing marks. While this isn't the most budget-friendly product, this is worth the investment if you can take the plunge. Allies of Skin formulations are sophisticated and potent, and not to mention how chic they look on your shelfie. I really started to see an improvement in the texture, tone and overall health and clarity of my skin after a few months and honestly, I miss this and notice when I don't have it in my routine. Make sure to mist before application as this really helps the product absorb, I find it just doesn't work on dry skin and can pill a little, so damp skin is essential to really get the most out of this gorgeous serum.

What a treat!
Because I follow Cult closely, I managed to get all amazing gift bags this year and Allies’s luxury serum was added to my night routine right away. It is a very interesting consistency, creamy in a way, but absorbs like liquid. Mandelic acid is a mild AHA which is perfect for people with dry skin like myself. I love it in combination with the Vit C from the brand the morning after.Â
