Soothing
5It feels a bit warming when using. Skin is smooth afterwards. It is great for my combinations skin.

Reset button for the face
5I like to do masks for the self-care factor more than expecting huge results. But this one kinda makes my skin look like it's that summer again when I was 23. It's bouncy and it has colour, not redness, not tan just kind of liveliness to it. I like to stick to the 3 to 5 minutes leave on time and it does the job.

Mermaid effect
4Wow! I got it at the Advent Calendar and I just used it for the first time. It is definitely impressive because when you apply it, it turns from light blue to shimmery mermaid-ish to light brown. It leaves the skin clean and brighter. I don't know about long term effects so just 4 stars for now!

Such a good surprise!
5I didn't expect a lot from this mask, I didn't know the brand, and didn't hear about this mask before getting it in the advent calendar. I have to say that between the 32 products selected in the advent calendar, this mask is definitely one very good surprise and I'll definitely be repurchasing it! I have combination skin, and my skin reacts very badly to some masks (I get irritation from every Glamglow mask). I feel like this one calms, and at the same time balances, brightens, and hydrates my skin. What more can you really ask from a mask? I try to use it between 1 or 2 times a week, after taking a bath. I never wait for it to fully dry as I feel it would dry out my skin and I just don't enjoy the feeling of having a dry mask on my skin. It fits perfectly in my tight schedule as I can't take 30 mins for a mask to sit, so letting it sit for 5 mins it's just what I need. It has a lovely soft texture and it's fun to see the colour change. Perfect for a "me time" we all need. Highly recommend it for combination/oily skin!

Very Good but Very Messy
4I have used this mask a few times now, and although I see the benefits of clearer, more balanced skin, I find it to be a really messy mask due to its mousse texture and colour changing nature. Definitely try this mask, but make sure you try it in the shower!

Best mask ever!
5I have dry, acne-prone and sensitive skin, so finding a good mask for me is a complete mission! However, I have to say this is the best mask I’ve ever tried. It detoxifies my skin and clears up any impending breakouts, it reduces redness and it also hydrates! Such an excellent product. I use it once a week and my skin looks amazing! (Plus it turns from green to pink as you massage it into your skin which is a strange but fun bonus).

New Favourite
5Received in the CB advent calendar - and it’s AMAZING. I’ve used it twice now and skin is noticeably softer and has more clarity after use. I won’t necessarily use it as part of my weekly routine but I do love a mask in the bath. I actually used it this morning post 3 x 12.5hr shifts wearing an entirely different kind of mask (I’m a nurse) and it was a real treat to my dehydrated, congested skin. I will definitely purchase this when my jar runs out. It’s also got me really interested in Algenist as a brand and I’ve ordered their cleanser to try.

Amazing
5I’ve tried a lot of masks, but I always come back to this one, it is by far the one that gives me the best result. I always use it after an acid peel mask, and it works wonders in that combination, for me. Leaves skin soft, still hydraded and clean. LOVE! would highly recommend for everybody.

Unexpected
5I didn’t expect much from this (I got it in the advent calendar) but my (combination) skin was clearer, smooth, and super soft after use. It does also help calm my hormonal spots and scarring - I have an LED light mask, acids, and retinol in my routine so it’s not this alone but there’s a visible improvement when I use this. All the unhealthy habits over Christmas made me break out and this has instantly calmed it all down. The colour change is fun too!
