It neither moistuizes/softens my lips neither plumps them. Quite pricey for nothing.

If you want an intensive lip treatment that helps to remove dryness and cracked skin then this is really great for that. The gloss has a lovely sparkly sheen to it as well and it's got a very citrus type smell - which I really like. I bought this because I was thinking about getting lip filler but didn't want the risks/side effects that potential come with it. This will make your lips softer and smoother, but if you are wanting to see plumper fuller lips you may be slightly disappointed.

I’ve had this duo for a bout a year after being gifted it… I liked the brand but didnt gravitate towards the product… I regret that now.  I skipped this product into my holiday bag and honestly haven’t looked back. It’s amazing. The mask has a slightly weird taste but that disappears when the balm is applied. My lips are full, smooth, soft and hydrated. It’s a nightly must have now and lives beside my bed.

This lip duo is really good. definitely made a big difference to lip lines and softness of lips, however, there is far more of the balm in the pen than there is serum, ran out within 2 weeks and at the high price I would have expected more for my money.

I was curious to try this product and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. I am 59 and take good care of my skin, but recently the contours of my lips had started to become uneven - which made applying lip liner and lipstick more difficult than before. In the first two weeks (while using the product 2-3 times every day) I noticed that my lips started to gain their original shape back. I would have been satisfied with this only, but now after a few more weeks my lips have also become clearly fuller. You can see the difference especially on the upper lip, so I am amazed! It doesn’t look like a filler effect, but I was not looking for that to begin with. But I was really surprised that a cosmetic product could have such a big impact - and it doesn’t come and go during the day, so the lips are not fuller only right after applying the product, but the fullness stays as long as I use the product every day. So, a strong recommendation!
