Always exfoliate skin first and moisturise knees, elbows and ankles. Apply in a circular motion to your body. Apply slightly less lotion to the tops of your feet, elbows and knees. Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap for 1-2 minutes. After washing hands apply Dark Lotion to back of hands with cotton squares or makeup sponge. Blend carefully. Wait three hours for your tan to develop before washing or swimming. Instant colour will rinse away but your self-tan will stay up to 7 days

This stuff really is far superior to all the other self tanners out there!! It is remarkably easy to apply with no streaks or stained bed clothes and the smell is divine, a marzipan tropical scent which smells so yummy you almost want to eat the bottle!! Unlike other self tanners this product gives you the time to rub the colour in evenly and it's not neccesary to leave over night either as it dries quick enough and well enough to use just before a big night out. The colour is so realistic due to the olive undertones, a far better look than the orange hue's of other self tanners!! So far one application has lasted 5 days and is still going strong with no flaky colour around the elbows, ankles and knees. I just love love love this product!!
