This eyebrow pencil from French brand T. LeClerc is a super-cult product, raved about all over the net as best brow pencil created. The vegetable oil, beeswax & carnauba wax formula crayon has a lovely firm consistency that's not too greasy or dry & defines & keeps brows in place perfectly. The pigment fills in any gaps in your brows naturally - it's not too 'red' or obvious looking like some eyebrow pencils can be. There's a brush at one end for feather-texturing & combing unruly brows.

Directions

To warm the product, roll the pencil lightly over the back of the hand before using. Lightly feather stroke through the existing brow starting from the middle of the face and working outwards. Use the brush on the opposite end to comb through and give the pencil the appearance of a thicker, healthier brow.

Loreal or reckon cheaper & better

The only thing I liked was the spooly otherwise the formula sucked & tugged @ my brow. Was not soft. Disappointed. I got it in the brown. Color was fine. It's basically a shoulder shrug product. Whatever.
