Return policy
We hope you will be thrilled with your Cult Beauty order. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with it, we will gladly offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of them, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
All returned products will be examined upon receipt since we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used products for reasons of hygiene. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.
On condition that you have not opened or used the products, you have the right to cancel your order up to seven working days after the delivery of the products and are entitled to a full refund by contacting our Customer Services department. We are open 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday:

Where the product is either defective, faulty or returned to us in a condition which may not be re-sold, we may forward such product to its manufacturer and request that you deal with them directly.
We will refund your payment as quickly as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the returned goods. Please note that Cult Beauty is not responsible for return postage and cannot be responsible for packages that fail to reach us. You may want to obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage when returning your items.
Some products included in the Cult Beauty inventory are distributed directly from the brands' suppliers and must therefore be returned to the supplier. Scroll down to see these companies' individual policies and instructions for returning products:

Important Please Note: Due to the nature of some of the goods for sale via the COMO Shambhala website, customers should be aware that once such goods have been opened COMO Shambhala will not be able to offer a refund or exchange on such goods.
Those goods that are unable to be returned or exchanged include, but are not limited to, soaps, essential oils, shampoos, body lotions and or any other products, which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correct on our website. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing sales@ilcsi.co.uk, and we will re-credit your card or return your un-cashed cheque, within 30 days of your order.
Should the items be already dispatched (we normally dispatch within 24-48hrs of your order), please email sales@ilcsi.co.uk of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible and at most within 7 days of your order. Please return the item within 7 days for a full refund of the cost of the item. Any refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods and will be refunded to the card in question, or posted to you in the form of a cheque, should the order have been paid for by cheque.
Refunds are given on products that are unopened, unused and in a saleable condition, complete with original packaging. Since we can not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged whilst being returned to us, we recommend using recorded delivery.
Damages
Always refuse packages which show obvious signs of damage and notify us that you have refused a delivery. If you find goods are damaged after opening the package, please notify us within 24hours. Replacement goods will be replaced once damaged goods are returned to us. If non-fault, undamaged items are damaged during their return to us, they will be refused upon arrival here as claims for damage during transit must always be made by the sender.
Please note: We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information prior to dispatch.

All discrepancies, shortfalls or damage to goods must be reported to Pure Alchemy within 5 days of receipt.
Any product returned for whatever reason must be packed in such a way as to minimise the incidence of damage in transit. Failure to comply with this will result in an extra charge being levied if goods are damaged upon receipt.

Silkskin will offer a full money back guarantee on all products if they prove to be defective within 14 days from date of purchase. All items must be fully packaged and in 'sold condition'. All packages are sent out via Royal Mail, First Class recorded. We cannot be held responsible for any problems with this service. This includes possible strike action and lost items. No claims for lost items can be made prior to 15 days from the date of sending.

Sophyto hopes you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Simply follow these easy steps so we may swiftly process your return.
Step 1
First please fully complete the Return Form included with your order. Indicate on this form whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them, using the shipping label provided for your convenience.
Step 2
You are now ready to ship your return by Courier, or, insured Royal Mail. Please retain the receipt as this is your proof of shipping and will contain the tracking number should the goods go missing. Please note, unfortunately, stockist locations that carry Sophyto products are not able to accept, process, exchange, or, refund online returns.
Step 3
Returned items will be examined upon receipt. Due to hygiene reasons we are not permitted to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. During certain busy periods, please allow up to a maximum of 30 business days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 business days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays within the United Kingdom.
