For best results wipe nail varnish remover over clean nails to remove any residue oils. Apply a basecoat, allow to dry and then continue with 2 coats of colour. For those on the run, finish with Seche Vite which speeds drying time and acts as a topcoat to fix the colour.

The 80's are back and Essie came prepared! I love these neon colors that bring me back to the punk days of the 80's. They are bright and fun for summer, love all my darling ladies with the shocking neon nails
