I don't like taking pills so have tried quite a selection of liquid supplements in my time. This one seems to have it all when it comes to detox/anti-oxidizing ones system when you look at the ingredients. It does give me a nice boost in the morning and doesn't taste too bad either. (Also a good hangover cure with a couple of paracetamol!)
