Starting from the top of the foot, massage a dollop into the skin, working down to the toes, the underside of the foot and the heel. Rub particularly well into the heel area if cracked and dry. Massage the legs from heel to knee (avoiding the back of the knee), always using a circular motion to improve lymphatic drainage and stimulate circulation. You will find that due to the concentration of the product and absence of water, a very small amount is all you will need.
