From the inner corner of your eye, gently stroke the tip of the liquid eyeliner along the lash line, as close as possible to avoid any gaps. If you do not wish to paint a continuous line, it can be easier to paint a few small dashes onto the lash line, eg. inner corner, middle and outer corner, then go back and connect them. Keep the eyeliner thin to create a 1950's Audrey Hepburn look or build up a thicker line for a rock chic style.

I love the Azure one of these, a midnight blue with a really deeply strong blue pigment especially in the light. The felted brush is mostly hard with a soft pointed tip, which helps you finish a flick with an easy movement. This is water based so if it rains this will come off, otherwise it stays all day, and this makes it very easy to get off at night. The black is great too, the high pigment means you only need to swipe it once over the eye and the line is true. Very impressive for £6.

Perfect in every way

Great colours and brilliant price. I just really put the teal version of this eye liner to the test at a funeral yesterday. It looked exactly the same at the end of the day as it did when I applied it, even after quite a lot of sniffling and dabbing with a hanky. Very impressed!
