TanyaSo usefulI have never found a daily SPF cream that I've liked, they always feel too sticky, gloopy and I don't like the feeling of a film on my face.
I use the Jouer Luminizing Moisture Tint, which has an SPF 20, but I don't need to use that much so I was concerned some areas of my face weren't being protected.
Enter Instant Mineral. It is translucent so you can wack it over a made up face any time you need. It is a mineral sunscreen, so it gives proper protection from UVA and B and whatever else they come up with UVD-E-F-G (I've never burnt wearing it) and is really convenient.
This doesn't do well in the bottom of a handbag. I have a massive bag that is the death to all powders so I don't carry it around with me, but if you have a separate pocket to put it in that would work. -

Joshua PowellAn amazing sunscreen for my very sensitive, acne-prone skin!I have tried a *lot* of sunscreens over the past 2 years and every one of them has disappointed. Having decided to give up on conventional (cream/lotion based) sunscreens I decided to give powdered ones a go and I am so glad I did!
This goes on incredibly easily. You do need to tap it against your hand or give it a good shake every-so-often to release some more of the powder but the upside of that is you cannot apply too much at once - you need to build the coverage. The tint (providing I don't go overboard) looks really nice on my skin and gives me a "healthy glow". Almost everyone I know has said "Josh, what have you done, your skin looks so nice?". It keeps my face matte all day too which is really nice.
The protection is quite good also, providing you put enough on. I spend a weekend in Paris a few weeks back, wandering around all day every day with my camera (I'm a pro-photographer) and I only picked up the tiniest bit of colour.
The packaging is superb and I'm able to pop it in my pocket and reapply during the day as needed. It also applies so easily I don't need a mirror to reapply it!
On the whole I would highly recommend this sunscreen! I just hope that Peter Thomas Roth don't decide to discontinue it or reformulate it as companies often do and I also hope that Cult Beauty will continue to stock it!

Remove cap and tap the brush lightly against your skin to release the SPF 30 or 45 powder. Use every day either on its own, over moisturiser or make-up on your face, hands and decollete. Reapply every couple of hours or as needed. To close - pull from the bottom until the brush sheath is released and the brush is enclosed. Replace cap and push bottom until brush returns to its original position. It can also be applied to the scalp for sun protection and to absorb excess oil.
