Apply a generous amount to damp skin, gently massage with circular movements and rinse thoroughly with warm water. This will make you skin tingle in a similar way to if you use Tea Tree oil.

I love this product. Was a bit put off by the price, but I was moaning about it so much my boyfriend surprised me with one (I literally fell over). Thankfully the bottle lasts for ages. The exfoliating grains are just the right size and don't scratch the skin and the slightly menthol effect leaves my skin tingling. I leave it like a mask for 5 mins while washing my hair. Don't get this anywere near your eyes, it stings! Once it's washed off my skin feels super smooth, looks clarified and regular in tone. Love Love Love.
