Take 20 seconds every day to rub Shrink To Fit into your skin for 30 days minimum. For maintenance, use daily for as long as you like. Two pumps per leg and butt cheek should be sufficient. It is going to feel quite hard to rub that quantity in. Massage Shrink To Fit in very vigorously, to improve macro and micro circulation. Ingredients are at their maximum recommended level so you don't need to use very much. There's a minimum of 190 pumps in a 100ml bottle; which is plenty for a month.

Along with get waisted I also tried this product, I takes a lot of work, some good rubbing and massaging, but the effect is fat better tham from any other product I have tried of this type - and I guess I have tried most of them. I was actually very surprised when I one day looked in the mirror and things thighwise looked a lot better than they used to. I have ordered more products from this range, cant wait to get them and I warmly recommend this series of products.
