  I've been thinking about buying eyeliner for several months, and couldn't make up my mind which colour, so bought all three. They are FANTASTIC. V easy to apply, last a long time and make my eyes look HUGE.

  I have loved everything I have tried from Jouer. This eyeliner is no exception (mink shade). So easy to apply, it does literally glide on. Looks great for a subtle look, just over a neutral shadow or primer. For a more made up look, it looks brilliant over a very dark smoky shadow.

This is water-based so you have a bit of time to move the liner around before it dries and any mistakes can be corrected with a cotton bud (always keep one nearby when applying liner). You can also use a brush to smudge out the line and make these liners into eyeshadows. Apply the liner along your lash line from insider corner across to outer edge.
