I remember being 14 and a cosmetics novice, naively colouring in my lips with a liner pencil in the school lavatory to try and achieve a more vampy effect..this does the trick with out the minor abrasions! Simply wow. The rouge has just the right levels for a classic effect. Definitely a staple- only advice would be to make sure you keep your lips nourished in between uses, if used regularly. ie use a balm before bedtime.

Line and fill lips carefully with the corresponding Lip Liner, then apply one coat of Sinner Lipstick, blot, and repeat for a bold, long-lasting look. Can also be used (sparingly) as a blusher.
