Directions
Apply along lash line (either inner or outer) from inner to outer corner. Leave as it is or blend for a softer look. The liner's soft texture allows easy application and excellent colour consistency. To create a more saturated look with liquid eyeliner, use this pencil liner first and then coat the pencil line you've drawn with the liquid liner. Let dry. D1
