Use your finger, smile your widest smile and pat this creme blusher onto the apple of your cheek. When there is not more pigment on your finger smudge the blush across you cheek following the ridge of the cheek bone until it's all blended. If possible always apply blusher in direct daylight! If you are looking for a more subtle make up look after you've prepared your complexion base apply blusher before you do your eyes, it has a psychological effect at helping you hold back on the pigments.
