Description
Product description
This facial sun cream is designed for normal skin that rarely burns and ensures a suitable protection under normal to strong sun exposure, for example European sun in summer. Esthederm has a completely original approach to protecting skin, letting through just the right amount of sun, it retrains your skin to defend itself and tan quickly. It does not use the SPF rating system, instead you choose the product by your skin type and the strength of sun from which you wish to protect yourself.
Why it's cult
Institut Esthederm Adaptasun Face Cream is an integrated sun protection system that uses a patented ingredient called Adaptasun. This trains the skin to fortify itself at a cellular level, fighting free radical damage and stimulating the production and distribution of melanin which leads to a faster, longer lasting tan. UV Incellium works as an external protector filtering the harmful, ageing UVA and UVB rays. For more information about the range click on the PDF in the press tab.

Not up to snuff

By Carol, Biologist, Fifties, Milano (MI)
I write very few reviews, and I have tried to research sunscreen possibilities quite thoroughly. I liked this because it seemed to give me good protection but allow a bit of sun. I put it on yesterday in a typical sunny May day in Milan. My chest is the most sensitive part and it got sunburned! Also my nose. I won't say that it is like going without sunscreen, but it doesn't seem much better than an spf 20-30 for very fair skins. Not impressed.
