Apply a small amount - around 5-6 pumps - into the palm of your hand and massage onto the skin. Leave on for a couple of minutes and massage into the skin to stimulate the circulation. Add water and massage into skin with circular motion. Leave on for one to two minutes, then rinse off, alternatively use tissue.
