Lay your head on the pillow and fall asleep. Machine Washable on very gentle wash, but hand washing does extend the life of the pillowcase.

Good idea and worth it!

In my opinion this pillowcase is a must have and although it is a little expensive the items from Holistic Silk wear well and last for years!
