As embarrassing as this is to admit it's even more embarassing to find that I have been walking around all day with a huge flake stuck in my hair. This appears to be a tendency I inherited as I have tried every food/vitamin solution I have come across without success. As Philip B is a bit on the expensive side (okay, who really wants to pay £30 for a bottle of shampoo?) I have also tried every other anti-flake/anti-dandruff/scalp balancing shampoo I can find. Some will work against the flakeage but they eventually leave my hair limp and greasy even if I wash it every day. Others make my hair shiny and bouncy but do nothing to combat the itchy flakiness. Philp B Anti-Flake Shampoo is the only one I have found that works against the flakes and leaves my hair clean, too. After the initial week of using this shampoo in every shower I can scale back to using it every other time I wash my hair and eke a bottle out over a month or six weeks. Bottom line - it's relatively expensive but ultimately worth every penny because it works!

Shake well. Use as a daily treatment shampoo for relief from an oily or dry, flaky scalp. Apply a small amount of PHILIP B® Anti-Flake Relief Shampoo to hands and gently massage onto wet scalp. Leave shampoo on scalp for two to three minutes or longer. Gently pull lather through to the ends of hair and rinse well.
