1. How do I contact customer services?

2. How do I search for a specific product?

There are lots of easy ways to search for products on Cult Beauty. Firstly, you can browse the industry's best beauty booty within the categories listed on the main tool bar Makeup, Skin, Body, Hair & Nails, Tools & Tricks, Treats, and Wellbeing. To refine your search, you can select from the sub-categories listed in the left-hand toolbar within each category, where available.

Secondly, try browsing products by the awards they have won, experts who have recommended them, or the celebs who use them. Stranded aboard these isles and homesick for your favourite product? We've brought in some international cult products, so try browsing by country to see must-haves from Iceland to Australia.

To pinpoint the perfect product for you, try our Advanced Search facility, where you can select from a range of criteria, including specific concerns, product ingredients, and even ingredients you may want to avoid, such as petrochemicals and formaldehyde.

3. How does Cult Beauty select its product inventory?

Cult Beauty products are invitation-only, recommended by our esteemed experts and A-list industry insiders. The Cult Beauty team tests all new products thoroughly and only the very best in their field make it onto the list of potential additions. Each product carries independent reviews, written by the people who use it, from a next-door neighbour to those on the silver screen. Our inventory is highly selective and constantly evolving to reflect the latest, most desirable gems on the market place. We've whittled our inventory to only the best products on the market, so you don't need to wade through thousands to find the right ones for you.

4. How do I register on Cult Beauty?

Click on the 'Register' link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and enter the required information.

5. What will Cult Beauty do with my personal info?

The personal info we ask you to provide helps to give context to your reviews, making them more useful to fellow Cult Beauty users. For instance, a 20-something lawyer from London will have distinctly different skincare needs from a retired teacher living in Dorset. We will never disclose this information to a third party. 6. I've forgotten my pasword. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Sign in' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click 'Forgotten your password' under the sign in box and follow directions.

7. How do I submit a product review?

To leave a review on Cult Beauty you must be registered and signed in. Once you have found the product you want to review, click on the product image or title to go to the individual product page. Then click on the link 'Review this product now' and follow directions.

8. How do I buy a product?

Purchasing products on Cult Beauty is easy. Shop by browsing through our magazine, or search our product database. Click on a product name or image to navigate to the individual product page. Enter the quantity you require and click on 'Add to Basket'. From there you will be taken through the payment process.

9. Why am I taken off the Cult Beauty site to purchase some products?

Cult Beauty is committed to featuring the best beauty buys out there. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to distribute all of them directly, so we have directed you to reputable, trustworthy websites on which you can buy them now.

10. What methods of payment does Cult Beauty accept?

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.

11. Is it safe to make a payment online at Cult Beauty?

All credit card transactions on Cult Beauty are paid through Protx, a secure online payment gateway, which automatically encrypts all sensitive information. Cult Beauty does not hold your credit card information at any time. Protx uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology, which encrypts and protects any data sent over the internet, as well as advanced fraud protection technology to safeguard your online identity. 12. Can I place an order by phone?

If you are not happy entering your credit card details online, you can call our Customer Care line on 08456 529 521 (10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday) and one of our team members will make the purchase for you.

13. Where does Cult Beauty ship to?

We ship everywhere in the UK and Europe, although an additional postage and packing fee will be included for mainland Europe. Please make sure you provide a shipping address at which someone will be present during the day as the products are sent recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.

14. How will I know if Cult Beauty has received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed in the system. You will also receive an email alert to tell you when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this within 48 hours, please call our customer service team on 08456 529 521 (10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday).

15. Where is my order?

Once you have logged into Cult Beauty, you can track orders by clicking on 'My Account' on the bottom navigation bar and selecting 'My orders'.
