The Ultra Foundation, This base is an underground, pro favourite that, thanks to a unique blend of silicones, builds a lightweight, breathable second skin effectively airbrushing your complexion. Its soft focus properties create an optical blurring that diminishes the appearance of fine lines and creates a more polished skin texture. It comes in 10 water resistant shades that really don't shift. You can also buy a 0+ and a 0- shade in order to fine tune the foundation to your complexion.

Shake the bottle well before using. With a foundation brush or moist make up sponge, apply sparingly to clean, moisturised skin. Start with your t-zone which is usually the problem area and spread outwards. Take only the tiniest amount to your jawline and make sure it is blended properly down onto your neck. Ultra Foundation sets without powdering, builds well and has a built-in primer, once it has set it is there for the day. Use an oil based cleanser for easiest removal.

As a liquid foundation - I tried this and did love it . a little goes a long way, and it was easy to blend into the skin - giving a gorgeous even texture that had a slight sheen (loved it) but did not need powder. The colour I tried was a good shade of pale golden- evening out slight colour variation and any traces of red. Great base for blending with creme blush. It lasted well , didn't shine up and felt light , as in - felt as though I was not wearing foundation. I usually favour tinted moisturiser for myself, so this was impressive . Good container, the pump dispenser is hygienic - don't pump out too much - you won't need a lot and it will be wasted , .. fabulous product , I want to check out the rest of the brand now .

I bought a sample of this foundation and I totally fell in love and. It gives amazing coverage but feels and looks so light on the skin. Makes me glow and my skin looks great with it on! I usually have problems finding foundations that cover my acne scars without having to pile on loads. With this i only need a small amount and im flawless. Its great value for money as you only use a small amount at a time, it also has a primer ready mixed in. Cant recommend this enough!!

I absolutely can't stand heavy foundation, on myself or others it's ageing and unattractive. But I am Anglo Saxon/Celtic and have pale, almost transparent skin which shows blotches, blemishes and dark circles very RED-ily, so need coverage. This silicone-based foundation is very comfortable to wear because you just don't feel it, even when sweating sulkily on public transport. Once it has set on you face it does not budge until you take it off at night. It doesn't sink into the lines around my eyes and mouth and generally illuminates my complexion to a very satisfying, flattering level. A very similar feel to the Armani fluid foundations. Can't live without it now.
