Senior nutritionist and former national trainer for NV Perricone Cosmeceuticals UK, Christian Lee is a registered dietitian on both sides of the Atlantic with extensive clinical, health and beauty experience.

Before joining Dr. Perricone's UK team, Christian was based in his Madison Avenue flagship store working as an in-house dietitian for Perricone's US clients. His role included one-on-one consultations as well as extensive travel across the US where he conducted nutritional workshops and seminars.

Christian also worked in the field of immunology and virology in a Manhattan hospital. He has experience with managing many nutrition-related disorders, including cardiovascular health, diabetes, oncology, perinatal nutrition, renal, autoimmune disorders and weight management.

Christian has a Masters degree from New York University in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and a BSc (Hons) from London Metropolitan University in Human Nutrition. During his studies he undertook research projects focusing on Micronutrient Status and Immunology, and Omega 3 and Inflammation.
