Yoga teacher Chris James has been practicing for 12 years and specialises in teaching Hatha yoga. Certified as a teacher by the British Wheel of Yoga, he studied in Rishikesh and at the Krishna- macharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India.

Chris is a sought-after name on the international yoga circuit and regularly contributes to a variety of health and fitness pages, national newspapers and magazines. He teaches remedial yoga therapy, master classes and workshops and does amazing yoga retreats in serene spots dotted across the globe. He also provides unique services, such as home visits in the London area, One-to-One private tuition and personal sessions in-office with busy business professionals, which can be booked before work, at lunchtime or in the evenings as part of a small or larger group of colleagues or friends.

Chris puts his sensitivity as a teacher down to a strong one-to-one approach. He says: "I am able to adapt Yoga to the individual rather than the individual to the Yoga. This enables you to explore postures in greater depth. It also allows you to work on individual areas of resistance, alignment, and practice.
