As Creative Director of Charles Worthington London, he has won many international awards, including both British Hairdresser Of The Year and Men's Hairdresser Of The Year. In 1996, he launched an eponymous range of styling products so that people could experience great hair at home too.

Charles is also one of the most sought-after hairdressers for red carpet events, from the BAFTAS to Cannes, the Golden Globes and the Oscars, as well as with celebrities such as Jools and Jamie Oliver, Noel Gallagher, Anna Friel, Joely Richardson and Patsy Kensit.
