Christian Lee {Nutritionist }
Christian is currently a Specialist Clinical-lead Eating Disorders Dietitian and team Leader in a National Eating Disorders Service in London.
A former national trainer for NV Perricone UK, Christian is a registered dietician on both sides of the Atlantic and has extensive clinical, health and beauty experience. He provides individualised, private, one-on-one, group and corporate nutritional and dietetic consultations.
Before joining Perricone's UK team, Christian was based in his Madison Avenue flagship store, working as an in-house dietitian for Perricone's US clients. His role included one-on-one consultations, as well as extensive travel throughout the US where he conducted nutritional workshops and seminars.
Christian also worked in the field of immunology and virology in a Manhattan hospital. He has experience with managing many nutrition-related disorders, including cardiovascular health, diabetes, oncology, perinatal nutrition, renal, autoimmune disorders such as eczema, psoriasis and arthritis and weight management.
During his studies he undertook research projects focusing on Micronutrient Status and Immunology, and Omega 3 and Inflammation.
