As Creative Director of Charles Worthington London, he has won numerous international awards, including British Hairdresser Of The Year and Men's Hairdresser Of The Year. In 1996, he launched an eponymous range of styling products allowing the public to achieve great hair at home.

Charles is one of the most sought-after hairdressers for red carpet events worldwide. Traveling from the BAFTAS to Cannes, the Golden Globes to the Oscars, he also tends the tresses of celebrities such as Jools and Jamie Oliver, Noel Gallagher, Anna Friel, Joely Richardson and Patsy Kensit.
