Use your Diamancel foot file on dry feet - before bath or shower. gently file away at and rough patches, lifting the dead skin and stimulating fresh growth underneath. Finish with a nice rich moisturiser and air until all soaked in. Keep your foot file in top condition by cleaning it with soapy water and a soft brush. Rinse under running water. Use with caution in cases of diabetes or circulatory impairment. For personal and regular use, the files will last approximately 5 years or more.
