The signature perfume of the uber-chic Parisian Hotel de Costes, the scent immediately evokes a vision of old-school opulence. A spicy opening of white pepper, coriander seeds and oriental woods is softened with lavender, laurel and musk. The ecclesiastical incense base is perfectly balanced with a touch of soapy rose, creating a truly intoxicating spicy, woody scent without being too heavy. Packaged either in an old fashioned, stoppered Bakelite flask (125ml).

Costes Eau De Toilette is a beautifully spicy, woody scent infused with all the grandiose personality of the famous Hotel de Costes on rue St-Honore in Paris. Created by cult perfumer, Olivia Giacobetti, it is utterly delectable, unconditionally seductive and completely addictive. Do not try this unless you want to start a habit of a lifetime! Hotel Costes do absolutely nothing to promote themselves or their range, everything is done by word of mouth, which is how Cult Beauty heard about it.

Expensive but fabulous

This is one of those 'big gulp' purchases as this is not the cheapest. I stayed in the Hotel Costes on a work trip and loved the hotel's aroma, it's just so chic I wanted to give off the sames vibes myself! It's quite a masculine or wintry scent but I love it. No-one else smells like me. Wish they did a slightly cheaper Eau De Toilette version.
