Premier Cru is the Rolls Royce of face creams and uses all 3 of Caudalie's revolutionary patented ingredients - Resveratrol and Viniferine (from grapevines) and the anti-oxidant power of grape-seed Polyphenols - to battle signs of ageing such as lack of firmness, wrinkles and dark spots. Clinical trials found that skin was more luminous, smooth and supple and wrinkles were reduced after using Premier Cru, as it increases the production of collagen and the thickness of the epidermis.
