Ormonde Jayne Perfume Profiling
Ormonde Jayne has just launched a lovely service called Perfume Profiling. This is no cheap marketing stunt, the profiling session is held with Linda Pilkington, the founder and creator of all the Ormonde Jayne perfumes. Linda 
manages to mix being incredibly knowledgeable with being exceedingly easy to talk to. In the space of the 15 minute consultation she talks to you about what categories of scents you like and then takes you on a sniffing tour of the key ingredients used in perfumery, noting your reaction at every turn. She then uses this information to pinpoint the perfect scent from her collection. Mine was the beautifully dark and mysterious Ormonde Woman.
An experience with a top perfumer like this is great fun, even if you don’t end up buying a perfume, you will leave with a head full of new knowledge.
