Depending on the length and texture of your hair, thoroughly work a dollop through damp hair to the ends and avoiding the roots if you have greasy hair. For optimal results, comb through with a fine-toothed comb. For light conditioning, leave on hair for one to three minutes. For more intense conditioning, leave on hair up to twenty minutes, wrapped in a warm towel.
