For a natural finish, simply sweep the powder on with a brush. For a more matte finish, press into skin with a velour puff, then sweep away excess with brush. Reapply as necessary. Apply after all liquid/cream cosmetics to set them in place, and before all pigmented, powdered cosmetics to create a dry, smooth surface for blending.
