This pastel blue eyeshadow perfectly recreates that innocent 60's-look - defined by Twiggy - recently made popular again by the brilliant TV show PAN AM. In fact this product was custom-blended & used on the show's stars throughout filming. Three Custom Color shadows are finely milled & wonderfully multi-tasking, with a silky-smooth formula that leaves a lasting satin finish. It can be used dry or wet as a cake eyeliner for more definition, so you don't have to carry multiple beauty products.

Directions

Use the pad of you finger or an eyeshadow brush to smooth the product onto your eyelids. To use the shadow as a cake eyeliner, mix a drop of water with the colour and apply to the end of liner brush, (wiping off excess) before applying to either the inner upper or lower lash. Alternatively, use a brush to sweep the shade upward and lightly across the top of the brow, leaving them beautifully groomed.
