Smile widely, then dot the stain on the apples of your cheeks (the plumpest, juiciest bit) using your finger and gently pat and blend moving outwards and upwards about halfway up the cheek (approximately the middle of the eye), then finish by smoothing any line right up to the temples. For lip colour, use a fingertip or brush to smooth onto lips and then gently blend until dry, always try to do this in natural light! Wash hands after to remove stain.

I have always found creamy blushers a nightmare to use. This one is sheer enough that you don't end up with a massive blob of pigment splotched on your cheek, looking like you've just had a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson... I love the Mom on the Go (warm), it looks like the scariest red colour, but it doesn't come out that violent red on my skin, it suits my pale blond pallor and warms up my complexion brilliantly. This pot is going to last me a very long time too.
